According to reports, the The Beatles legend is in the number one spot and he worth an estimated US$ 1.2 billion. In number two, there are Gene Simmons ans Sting, both with a net worth of US$ 300 million.
Rounding out top 5 are U2’s Adam Clayton, Flea from Red Hot Chili Peppers and Roger Waters. No one doubted him, but if there is anyone who need any proof, the former Beatles singer has the power to still break it down.
Meanwhile, earlier on Saturday, Paul McCartney showed off a set of dance moves at Apollo in Hamptons benefit being coaxed on stage by Jamie Foxx during a performance. The legend, now 72, who was hospitalized back in May after catching a virus, attended with his wife Nancy Shevell and he did not show any signs of slowing down.
The Ronald Perelman’s East Hampton estate benefit raised US$ 4 million for Apollo’s educational, outreach and artistic programs and attracted a huge list of celebs that includes Robert De Niro, Grace Hightower, Jack Nicholson, James Brolin, Anjelica Huston, Barbra Streisand, Howard and Beth Stern, Harvey Weinstein, Matt Lauer and Dick Parsons.
